Description

Correspondence dated January-March 1919, between the Commercial Attache Arnold in Peking, and the Chief of the Bureau of Foreign and Domestic Commerce, in connection with Arnold's recommendation that the news agency's created by the Committee of Public Information under direction of Carl Crow to support American's war propaganda should be continued after the war to assist American trade promotion, and his previous communication on the subject, entitled "American Propaganda in China".
