  • Letter dated August 19, 1936, from the Foodstuffs Division to Shanghai Office, on the subject of "Market in China for Semi-Solid Buttermilk", requesting to be furnished with a brief report on the market in China for sehmi-solid buttermilk, said to a product which has obtained some prominence in the United States as a foodstuff in poultry raising and other industries; showing particular interest in trade reactions to the possibility of supplementing present foodstuff requirements with emi-solid buttermilk, and the rate of duty under which it would be imported into China, and enclosing a copy of a letter and analysis submitted by an American firm intrested in this export trade) - 1p
