Chinese Government Bureau of Economic Information. A non-political organisation which provides economic, commercial, and industrial information relating to the Republic of China. 

The Bureau issues four publications, the Chinese Economic Bulletin (a Weekly), the Chinese Economic Journal (a Monthly), Statistical Supplements, and the Semi-monthly Economic Journal in the Chinese language. 

Special data, including maps and charts, are provided in the Journal. 

Financial and industrial tables are compiled and published in the Statistical Supplements, which are issued from Tim to time. 

The Bureau also publishes special suites in Booklet and Pamphlet Series. 

Commercial firms have requested the Bureau to supply them with its publications. These have been made available to firms and individuals at the following subscription rates… 

The Journal published in Chinese is issued semi-monthly and circulates among Chinese business men. It contains economic articles and statistics of special interest to them. The subscription rate in China is $5.00 a year, and $3.00 for six months. Single copies may be had at 30 cents. For foreign counters, 10 cents is charged for postage. 

To give further information about China, the Bureau answers inquiries on economic subjects which relate to the country. Subscribers to the Bulletin or Journal are entitled to this service.

Registered at the Chinese Post Office as a Newspaper for Transmission with Special Marks Privileges in China.
