Abstract

The American Chamber of Commerce of China has appointed a special committee composed of the following persons for the prupose of making a special study of the problem of a Trade Mark and Copyright La in China: S. Feesenden, Jernigan, Fessenden and Rose; W.S. Fleming, Fleming, Davies and Bryan; Carl Crow, Chun Mei NEws Agency and A.G. Loehr, U.S. Consulate. The Committee is now conferring with the various American firms in Shanghai is attempting to forumate a definte proposal which will be submitted through the Chamber of Commerce and American Diplomatic channels to the Chinese Government at Peking.
