List of advertising agencies in Shanghai, after two special reports from US Department of State:

The 1927 list provides the name of agencies, their address, nationality, name of manager, specialty, and in some cases year of establishment, capital; size, number of boards (in case of outdoor advertising), rent for boards, annual business. This report also includes figures about the number of large and small boards in China, according to the nationalities of agencies in Shanghai, the mini and maxi sizes of boards, mini and maximum rent, according to the nationalities of agencies (see 3rd sheet "Figures"). 

While containing a more important number of firms, the list established in 1932 only indicates the names, addresses and nationalities of advertising agencies in Shanghai.
