The first table (207a) is a list of individuals and companies to which copies of the China Monthly Report (co-issued by American consulates and the office of the American commerce attaché) were sent in 1937. The table includes the following information: section (foreign/Chinese readers) ; readers' name, position and affiliation, class of business, office location (city, street address, building and room number) and source references (name of original source, archival repository and page numbers in the digital copy). 

The second table (207b) includes the pivot tables I used to conduct my statistical analysis of the China Monthly Report readership (see the "Graphs" section).

NB The data in blue refer to info that were not included in the original document and that I personnally added for further analysis (class of business, settlement in Shanghai).
