We respectfully beg to apply for permission to erect two Art boards in addition to the five we have in Bubbling Well Road. These two boards would be placed instead of the fence which is right next to our structure to the West of it. The length of the fence is 48 feet.
The owner is very much in favour of it, realising that our Art structure will be much more attractive than the bamboo fence.
Should this spot be later on scheduled for setting back according to the road widening which you might consider necessary, was shall undertake to take down our structure at once. Thanking you in advance for your kind consideration of our application.

With reference to your recent correspondence and our conversation respecting advertising hoardings, I beg to inform you that :
- The extension to the hoarding on unregistered land west of Cad. Lot 2580 cannot be allowed as the land on which it would be erect is scheduled for road widening.
- The land in front of the hoarding in Avenue Foch has been purchased by the Council for road widening purposes, and no concession can be allowed to erect the wooden fence, as requested, on this lot.
