Title:

The principal foreign bank in North Manchuria is the National City Bank of New York at Harbin. It has a staff as large as that of its Shanghai branch. Its American manager is the recognized outstanding figure in the foreign banking community in the metropolis of North Manchuria. The bank also has its own building at Mukden and is operating very successfully and very profitably branches at three important cities in the Three Eastern Provinces.
