In addition to being an artist, the head art director of an advertising agency must also act as a teacher, ever molding and directing his staff. And so Eric Ryder is well trained for his jub as the agency's head art man. As far back as the age of eleven, Eric was winning art competitions, and much later in his career he taught art in his home town of Notthingham, England.
