Studies Conditions. In order to make a personal investigation of business conditions in Hongkong, Canton and other important cities in the south, Mr. C.P. Ling, General Manater of China Commercial Advertising Agency, sailed from Shanghai by the S.S. Pres. Jackson on Wdesnday morning.
