• BATCHELDER, Charles C.: formerly Acting Commercial Attache in Chiba, United States Trade Commissioner in India, Acting Secretary of the Interior of the Philippines, Acting Chief of the Far Eaatern Division of the Department of Commerce, Economic  Expert at the Disarmament Conference. He has lectured at various universities in the United States and abroad, and is now lecturer on International Relations in the New York University Graduate School.
