Newspapers names are arranged alphabetically by cities, second by language, and finally by publication type (frequency). The directory includes Hongkong. 

That second edition contains no advertisements nor map. For each city, a short introduction provides important geographical and demographic facts. For each newspaper, the directory indicates the place of publication (adress of the newspaper office), the number and size of pages, as well as its circulation.
