We request that a building permit be issued covering the erection of an advertising hoarding 11'x25' at Avenue Road and Gordon Road, shown on attached sketch. This being covered by paragraph "A" in your letter of April 12, 1924. Plans of proposed bulletin are held on file in the permit office. Trusting you will give this your immediate attention.
