I beg to inform you that an electric sign has been erected overhanging the Municipal footpath at your new premises on Great Western Road and that no application for a permit has been received by this Department. I shall be obliged therefore, if you will submit a plan and make the necessary application.

Referring to your letter of Nov. 23rd, we have called the contractor's attention to the matter of permit for electric sign on our new premises at 36 Great Western Road. We regret that the permit was not obtained before starting the work but trust that application will be made by the contractor immediately.
