We have been informed from your favor dated March 2, about the illuminated sign erected, projecting 6 feet beyond the Municipal road line, but permit us to tell you that we have the sign removed in last year, after receiving your first information. Now we beg leave to say that we can draw back the sign as long as the space (about 2 feet) left after last year removing, between the sign and verandah. 

Will you kindly let us know if this still jutting part (4 feet beyond the road line) can be permitted by Municipal Regulation, or we must have some other way to be carried on.
