An application has been received from Messrs. Scott Harding & Company, Limited for permission to erect an electric sign as "The Electric Newspaper" on the roof of the New World Building. I forward herewith two plans and copy of the application and shall be glad if you will kindly let me know whether you have any objections to the proposal. Will you kindly return the plans in due course.
