We request your permission to install flood lights on two poles on Bubbling Well Road, near Medhurst Road, in order to illuminated the Shell Service Station at this junction. We enclose a sketch of the proposed installation. The lights will be installed at a height of about twenty feet and will not illuminate accross the road. The light to be installed on the traffic signal pole will illuminated in the opposite direction of the traffic lights and will not interfere with them in any way.
