We would be much obliged if you could send us a a memorandum of your regulations governing the erection of Neon Electric Signs in the French Concession. As we expect to put up many signs, that is to say, vertical signs of single and double face (not more than 3 or 4 feet in width extending from wall to street and horizontal signs depending on the length of shop frontage, we would therefore require to know whether the above mentioned sizes will conform with your requirements.
