Forwards an official news agency despatch from Chungqing, then national capital of China, that the Ministry of Interior ruled that Chungking Time shall be considered as the Standard time throughout China for the duration of the Sino-Japanese war, and describing the five time zones into which the country should be divided, according to a recent research by the Academia Sinica.
