• Letter dated December 19, 1923 , from the U.S. Commercial Attache Arnold, Shanghai to the Director of the Bureau of Foreign and Domestic Commerce, on the subject of "Data for the Chinese Chambers of Commerce" - requesting materials descriptive of the work of the American chambers of commerce to help the President of Tsing Hua College (Y.S. Tsao) to organize an association for the education of the Chinese merchants modeled after the American chambers of commerce - 1p 
• Letter dated February 4, 1924, from the Assistant Trade Commissioner, Shanghai, to the Director of the Bureau of Foreign and Domestic Commerce, on the subject of "Booklet - Chinese General Chamber of Commerce", forwarding a booket descripting the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce at Shanghai, showing pictures of a number of its members, buildings, etc - 1p 
• Letter dated February 5, 1924, from Chief, Supplies & Equipment Division, to Commercial Attache, Shanghai, stating that the Bureau of Mines will procure films depicting the activities of American commercial organizations as requested by Arnold - 1p
