Description | Correspondence dated May-August 1925 between the Foodstuff Division and the San Francisco Office, in connection with Shanghai Commercial Attache's survey on "Milk Powder in China" :
- Letter dated July 1925 from the Assistant District Manager of the Bureau, San Francisco Office, to Director of the Bureau of Foreign and Domestic Commerce, Foodstuffs Division, requesting (on behalf the Export Manager of the Golden State Milk Products Company) a copy of the survey on Milk Powder in China, made by the Office of Commercial Attache in Shanghai, done at the request of Seaman & Company of New York, who are export agents for Merrell-Soule Company of Syracuse, N.Y. - 1p
- Letter dated August 7, 1925 from Foodstuffs Division to San Francisco District Office, on the subject of "Sale of Powdered Milk"
- Letter dated August 10, 1925 from the District Manager of the Bureau, San Francisco Office, to the Foodstuffs Division, enquiring whether they have been able to locate the requested report - 1p
- Letter dated August 19, 1925 from Foodstuffs Division to San Francisco District Office, on the subject of "Request of Golden State Milk Products Company" - informing that they have loaned all of their copies of reports on this product to a New York firm, and have written to the NY District OFfice asking for the return of the reports, which they will forward as soon as they are in - adding that they have an extensive survey on this subject, and that the reports contain valuable information - 1p
