Description

Letter from Trade Commissioner dated April 21, 1931, related to a questionnaire from the Automotive Division, asking for data on the market for automotive accessories in China. Enclosed with the letter are pictures of show-rooms, service and repair stations of the American firm Bills Motors, Fed. Inc. USA in Shanghai.
