Reports on the recently published report by the Pure Milk Commission, as a supplement to the Municipal Gazette. The report raised the issues of how to provide high-quality milk at reasonoable prices, how to prevent a shortage of milk if quality measures are enforced, difficulties in establishing standards for milk production and grading, the unsanitary conditions of many dairies inspected by the Commissioner of Publish Health, etc.
