We have to inform you that a Chinese version of the film "Battle of Malay" recently produced by the Japan Motion Picture Company under the supervision of the Ministry of War will be released for one week commencing November 12, 1942 at the Grand Theatre and to request your approval for a special publicity campaign to be conducted by us. Particulars of the proposed campaign are herewith enclosed.

You are requested to kindly permit us to give special publicity to two film productions of the Japanese Motion Picture Co. Entitled "the Battle of Burma" and the "Neighbours' Unions" to be shown at the Towa Theatre from November 14, 1942. Particulars of the proposed publicity campaign are herewith enclosed.

This is apparently a Police matter. The curtains should of course be clear of all classes of traffic, but the drawings referred to are not available.
