An application has been received from Messrs. Caldbeck, Macgregor & Company, Limited, for a permit to erect and illuminated sign on the face of Messrs. Watson & Company's premises, situated at the corner of Nanking and Szechuen Roads, on he above lot. The sign is 16 feet long by 13 feet high and the bottom of the sign would be 47 feet from the level of the road, with a maximum projection of 2'-6" beyond the building line. I recommend this application for approval.

With reference to your report of January 29, the application submitted by Messrs. Caldbeck, MacGregor & Company, Limited, to erect an electric sign on Messrs. Watson's building, is approved. The application and plans forwarded with your report are returned herewith.
