We request that you please grant us one permit to erect one "Texaco" Neon light sign on our proposed Filling Station which is being built at present on Cadastral lot No. 13239 on Avenue Pétain of which we have recently secured permit from the French Municipal Council to build. We expect to thave this station completed and ready for operation on or about Septembre 20th at which date we would like to have this sign erected and in working condition.
