With reference to your official letter on 12th inst. we had the honor of sending our representative to call on you for the installation of neon light sign in many places withtout previous applying for a license. On account of hastening fulfilment of our contract stipulated with customers, we therefore overlooked your regulation. In accordance with your instruction, we have the honor to say that in future no neon light signs we undertake to install without previous authorization. 

Referring to our recent applications for three licenses for the installation of neon light sign located at (1) Avenue Road (2) 588 Avenue Edward VII (3) Foochow Road we beg to ask you to let us have the same at your earliest convenience.
