Mr. Gimson called on ACPH today regarding a scheme submitted by Neon Lights Co for special Phone booths whereon PHD ads could be placed in Neon, gratis. ACPH informed Neon representative that after consultation with Dr. Duck scheme O.K. so far as PHD concerned but that he would expect written confirmation of offer.
