Report dated April 30, 1938 entitled "Observations of Conditions in Hongkew -- Little Tokyo" (15p) that consists of observations made by the clerk to the Commercial Attache in Shanghai, upon the occasion of his recent personal tour through the Hongkew area in Shanghai, which is said to give illumiating sidelights upon conditions of trade in that former thriving section of Shanghai.
