December 7, 1939 - 7p + 1p of enclosures: Formula for the manufacture of soybean powder Copy of pamphlet "Nutritional Studies in Shanghai", from which much of the basic material in this report has been gleaned Samples of soybean powder made in accordance with recipe "Enclosure No.1". This powder should be mixed with boiling water and served hot. Each package is enough for 1/2 pound of solution, i.e. an average sized breakfast coffee cup.
