• includes lists of appointees and employees, with their name, number of days on duty, number and cause of absence, duration of absence ; a very limited staff (only 11, 3 appointees and 8 employees, among which 3 foreign women and 2 Chinese (men)
• reports on the daily activities of staff during the week (many trips around China and visits to businessmen and other local contacts)
