A portion of the frontage of Cadastral Lots 1997 & 1999 situated at the corner of Muirhead and Ward Roads and measuring approximately 160 feet, has been leased for a period of six months to Messrs. Carl Crow Inc.

The lessees intend to replace the present bamboo fence with a structure similar to that at the tram terminus Bubbling Well Road, and to use it for advertising purposes. Rental of Tls. 25 per mensum has been charged, together with three notice should either party desire to terminate the lease.

Further to the Secretary's letter of June 2nd advising you to remove your hoardings from the above building site. I shall be obliged if you will demolish same as soon as possible as building operations are about to be commenced.
