With reference to your letter of the 10th instant (April 1924) the fees for erection of advertising hoardings etc are as follows:
a) Hoardings surrounding property and on roofs, for which sketch plans are required : Tls. 4.00
b) Advertisement boards fixed to walls : Tls. 1.00
c) Poster boards and hand boards (40" & 30" approx.) for erection : Tls. 0.50
d) Placing ladders on M.C.R. for repainting and reposting : Tls. 0.50. It is essential that explicit particulars be given in your applications for permit as to what is actually desired.

Repainting of Advertising Hoardings. I enclose herewith permit for repainting the hoardings as per enclosed list. As it is now the practice with other firms, we will issue a general permit at the beginning of each half year covering the locations you may notify us of at the end of each June and December, at the charge of Tl. 0.50 each location for the half year.
In order to make this practicable I suggest that your men be equipped with armlets of a pattern to be approved of by Police in which case you will experience no interference, provided the fee for the half year is paid in advance.
Hoardings on roofs require the have permanent access provided.
