May we ask your very kind permission to place advertising boards on the roof of the Municipalities Hongkew Market facing Woosung Road and Boone Road corner. We attach herewith our sketch showing the proposed position and the size of boards to be used.
Would you be kind enough to grant permission may we take the liberty in asking your goodself what the rental for same would be required by the Municipal Council. We apologize for the trouble was are causing and trusting to receive your favourable reply (...)
