With reference to the attached application from Mr. Chih enquiry show that the intention is to project pictures on a screen. As this would undoubtedly cause considerable obstruction and danger to the public it is recommended that the application be refused.

With reference to your application for permission to erect a steel-framed advertisement structure on the roof of the above premises, on which advertisements will be projected, I regret being unable to sanction the proposal, which would be likely to cause considerable obstruction and danger to the public.
