We have recently encountered difficulties in making sale of a sign to the A.B.C. Pharmacy, 751 Bubbling Well Road. They wish to have a sign installed which will project about 3'-6" from the Municipal Road Line. Upon our informing the the sign could project no more that 3' from the Municipal Road Line, they pointed out the sign of Andrew's Beauty Parlour, 745 Bubbling Well Road, which has been installed for about three years, projects approximately 3'8" from the Municipal Road line. 

This places us in an awkward position. We try to conform with all rules and regulations of the Council and our customers cannot understand why other companies are apparently able to make installations similar to the above instance. We shall be glad to receive your reply in order that we may give further information to our prospective customer.
