Description	Commissioner of Public Works to Acting Secretary - Kiangse Road Widening - Cad Lot 92 Central. Shanghai, November 26, 1923. SMA (SMC), U1-14-3258 (2366). An application has been received for a permit to plaster an old wall and erect, in the place of the existing bamboo fence, a bamboo and cement plaster fence. This work is of temporary nature, and it will be seen from the application that it will be removed next year when it is proposed to build on the site. Recommended for approval. Letter from Assistant Secretary to Oriental Advertising Agency. Shanghai, November 30, 1923. SMA (SMC), U1-14-3258 (2367) The recommendation contained in your report of November 26 is approved, that Mr. H. Crawshaw be permitted to plaster an old wall, and erect, in the place of the existing bamboo fence, a bamboo and plaster fence. Application for permit returned herewith.
